Optima Skating METHODS philosophy is to develop hockey players through a foundation of optimal skating biomechanics. We use speed skating methodology to optimize speed and efficiency, and teach players where they can create more speed in their game. 

Through 10 years of professional hockey experience and as a student skating, I believe this is a platform from which hockey players can optimize their skating abilities and reach their goals.
